Dragging and Dropping work for when uploading from Local Drive and moving Projects and Documents to different Groups and Projects, respectively.

If you have a separate folder open on your computer, you can drag References from that directly to the Document Library and only to the Document Library.
You can then view via the Split-Viewer by clicking on them.
To reorganize Projects or Documents to reallocate them into different locations, Drag & Drop them into different Groups or Projects and they will be moved.
