Why is my coupon code not working?

You will have to input your coupon code first before you carry out your subscription payment to apply the coupon code to your account.

Please input the coupon code on the left-hand side first THEN continue to input credit card information to continue to checkout

There are 3 common reasons why an error has occurred

  1. You attempted to apply the code to an account you have not applied for to Team Typed - the attempted account and the registered account are different.

  2. Failed to input the coupon code before continuing to checkout.

  3. The incorrect coupon code was inputted while continuing to checkout.


If you have received your coupon code but accidentally continued with the purchase without applying the coupon code, please email us at support@typed.do and we will solve the issue for you.

You will not be refunded for failing to apply your coupon code.
