Why can’t I edit the PDF file I uploaded?

PDF files are designed to be not editable and thus, can only be uploaded as a reference in Typed and ultimately viewed in our split-viewer. Additionally, files added as a reference are not editable at all, including word files.

PDF files cannot be uploaded as a document on Typed.

(tip) You can highlight materials within the PDF file you uploaded to save certain text for your needs.
