Typed Web Self Fix

Browser:

Typed is only optimized on Google Chrome. It may not work on other browsers as intended such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Brave, Opera, etc.


Incognito:

Typed will not work on incognito mode or secret mode. Make sure you are not in incognito to have a smooth experience of using Typed.


Hard Refresh:

When in doubt, HARD REFRESH.

  • Windows: [ctrl] + [shift] + [r]

  • MacOS: [cmd] + [shift] + [r]

If Typed is not loading as intended, hard refresh to reload the website. If your session has timed out, a hard refresh should refresh the session.


Re-login:

Logout and log back in if Typed is not working. If your session has timed out, logging out and logging back in will reset your session.

Click your profile on **Typed** (lower-left corner) to log out.


Delete Cookies:

Delete your cookies if you have trouble logging in to Typed.

  1. Step-by-step on removing cookies:

    1. Search for the “lock” icon on the left side of the address bar.

    2. Click on the “lock” icon.

    3. Click on “Cookies”.

    4. Select "typed.do"

    5. Click on “Remove”.

    6. Click on “Done”.


If you’ve followed all the steps and you STILL have a problem…

Press on your keyboard:

  1. Windows: [F12]

  2. Mac OS: [option] + [command] + [i]

This will open up the Chrome Inspector (developer tool) on the right side of your screen.

Click on “Console”:
