How do I get a refund for my subscription?
The following steps are required to be filled out in order to proceed with a refund. If any steps are left out, or the reason(s) are invalid, your refund request will be denied.
Send us an email via support@typed.do with the title "Typed Refund".
Include the Typed email address you are using to subscribe.
Include a valid reason for wanting to get a refund, otherwise, your refund request will be denied.
If either Step 2 or Step 3 is left out, your request will be denied. If both Step 2 and Step 3 are included in the email, we will grant your request and you will be refunded.
